Dancin' Divas CampJuly 29th - 31stDancin' Divas Pop Star Camp is for kids aged 7 - 10 that love "Hannah Montana", High School Musical and other Pop Star Divas. Three days of "Diva Fun" with crafts, dance & snacks, plus the making of their own music video! Cost for week is $60. |
Princess Ballerina CampJuly 1st & 2ndTwo days of princess fun for 3 1/2-6yr olds to include age appropriate ballet, creative dance, tumbling, princess projects and a princess tea party with a healthy snack. Each day will run from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. The cost for two days is $50. |

Hip Hop Campwith Guest Instructor, Kevin O'KeefeJune 29th & 30th Kevin has an extensive background in hip-hop, break dance, and house. He received his training from the industry's pioneers, such as Clyde Evans, Eric Finn, and Quickstep. Kevin has brought his unique flavor to many studios in Colorado including CU & CSU. He has also been a guest artist at The Arena in Switzerland, The San Francisco Hip-Hop Festival, the Colorado College Dance Festival, and the Breaking Pointe in Montana. Kevin is a former member of Motion Underground's hip-hop company, EOM. Currently he is the artistic director of True II Form in Boulder which was named one of the top 5 finalists at Colorado's Best Dance Crew competition, 2008. Kevin & True II Form are dedicated to providing the community with a positive inclusive view of hip hop. In doing so they are a favorite at local b-boy jams, colleges, and festivals. Level 1 Camp (Ages 6 - 10) meets 9:00 - 10:00 AM Level 2 Camp (Ages 11 & up) meets 10:00 - 11:00 AM Cost for two days is $50.00. |

A Dance Place is dedicated to teaching dance in a positive, fun and creative environment. We recogize that each student learns in a different manner, and therefore custom-tailor our classes to meet our students' learning styles. In addition to dance technique, our programs teach self-esteem, discipline, poise, balance, teamwork, and much more. We are confident you will not be disappointed with our faculty, programs and overall dance experience!A Dance Place is owned and operated by Farrah Dobbins, a Fort Morgan, Colorado native. Farrah has over 13 years of teaching experience, teaching for Mountain Dance in Fort Collins, for Backstage Performing Arts in Longmont (now Longmont Dance Theatre), and for her mother in her latter years of high school. Farrah also trained at Candy's Dance Academy, owned and operated by her mother, Candy Gettman, until graduating from high school in 1995.

A Dance Place's founder and owner, Farrah Dobbins, opened the first location in Windsor, Colorado in September 2004. After a successful first year in Windsor, a second location opened in Eaton, Colorado in June of 2005.
