In lyrical dance, you’ll see various aspects of different types of dance, including ballet, modern, jazz, and more. Lyrical dance often includes illustrations of the song’s lyrics and it tends to be very emotionally expressive.

Recommended Attire:

Leotard
Fitted tank top or other fitted dance top
Dance leggings
Spandex shorts
Jazz pants or fitted dance pants
Pirouette dance shoes for class
Hair secured away from the face

Please avoid:

Oversized T-shirts or sweatshirts
Baggy pants or shorts
Jeans or everyday clothing
